The gate of Minas Tirith

Having background in art I enjoy nicely painted miniatures but I don't care for miniature painting as a fine craft. A smart theme and colour choice will always win with me before smooth transitions, non-metallic metal and detailed lighting effects with translucent robes. I give kudos to those who can do them and go back to the hobby.

I like theorycrafting army lists but I don't care for wargaming as a sport. My idea for wargaming fun is a story-based asymetric battle with a referee.
